the breakfast buffet had many choices. i saw fresh pastries, eggs, and fruit. the rooftop bar has great views. i enjoyed the city from up there and good drinks.

the staff were always available and ready to help with directions or recommendations. i found the location very convenient for exploring the surrounding area , it had good access to transport. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices.
i found that some noise from the street could be heard in my room , especially during peak traffic hours.

the room décor was beautiful. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. we found the staff helpful and cute upon our late arrival. it is a short walk from the main railway station. i will recommend it highly.
the climate control did not work well, even in november when it was not very hot. the rooms were noisy.

The staff were VERY kind and helpful. They ensured my stay was great. They offered a wake-up service at no charge. The hotel is modern, clean and nice. It has everything needed. I found the room very clean.
I would note that there was no body lotion available in the room.

I found the breakfast lovely with fresh porridge available. The room I stayed in was super clean and quiet. It featured a fresh new decor. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt expressive, such a good night sleep.

the location near santa justa station was acceptable.
The air conditioning made a lot of noise compared to other hotels i've stayed in. It was irritating. the closet doors were also damaged, ran poorly, and made a lot of noise. our room needs maintenance ASAP.
